• Within the CBD: KES 200
• Outskirts: KES 300–500 (depending on the distance)
• Express Delivery: KES 500–1,000 (delivery within 3 hours)

Nationwide Delivery

• Small Items (e.g., gadgets, kitchenware): KES 300–500
• Medium Items (e.g., microwaves, small furniture): KES 500–1,000
• Large Items (e.g., refrigerators, cookers): KES 1,000–2,500

Free Shipping

• Within Mombasa: Orders above KES 10,000
• Nationwide: Orders above KES 200,000

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Mombasa (Local):
  • Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM.
  • Next-day delivery for orders placed after 12 PM.
• Nationwide:
  • 1–3 business days depending on the location.
• Express Delivery: Delivered within 3 hours (Mombasa only).

3. International Shipping

• Available for select products. Rates and delivery times vary based on destination. Contact customer support for details.

4. Shipping Process

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders under KES 10,000 (Mombasa only).
